I NEED YOUR HELP!!!! I dont know if im over reacting or not...

Yesterday i came home at 10:30 gave my girlfriend a call because she got off work at 8. But she was out catching dinner with an ex-boyfriend who she has told me many times he is still head over heals for her. But she "doesnt feel the same".

Im getting all worked up over this and....i....just ....dont know what to do. I know i dont get many comments but could you please? Just this once! Thanks and if not then thanks for listening to my shit
